The final clinical decision remains solely the responsibility of the treating physician.

Users are responsible for:

  • accuracy of uploaded data (biometry, images, PDFs)
  • correct patient association
  • validation of extracted values

  • permanent availability

The platform may be updated, modified, or discontinued at any time.

8. Intellectual Property

All platform content, including:

  • software
  • design
  • algorithms
  • structure

are the property of IOL Assistant and may not be copied or reused without permission.

9. Acceptable Use

Users agree not to:

  • upload malicious files
  • attempt unauthorized access
  • reverse engineer the system
