What to review in a case
Keep each eye separate
OD and OS retain their own biometry, lens options and target refraction throughout the case review.
Review the selection
Compare the available formula outputs, inspect the selected power and check missing or conflicting measurements. Power selection uses the target refraction for that eye.
Read the evidence in context
See the references retrieved for the case and how they relate to the recommendation. Relevant evidence may be limited or unavailable.

Discuss and document
Case consultation
Ask the case assistant to explain the selection, review missing information or prepare a draft summary. The conversation uses the selected eye’s context and leaves the saved calculation unchanged.
A report to keep
Download a case report with results for each eye and the references included in the analysis. The IOL Formula also has its own Print / PDF view.
AI helps read documents and explain results. It can flag concerns; final surgical planning and lens selection remain the responsibility of the treating physician.
